Fenner next in Distinguished Speaker Series
Lorry Fenner, Ph.D., Colonel (USAF, Retired) will speak at Cottey College on Tuesday, February 26, at 7 p.m. in the Missouri Recital Hall as part of the Distinguished Speaker Series. Her topic is Women Leaders in the Three Branches of the US Government. A reception will follow her address.
Dr. Fenner serves as the director of Conflict Records Research Center of the Institute for National Strategic Studies, at the National Defense University. Retired from the US Air Force after 26 years as an intelligence officer and space operations officer as well as an academic, Dr. Fenner has held a variety of command and staff jobs worldwide.
The distinguished speaker series is sponsored by the Cottey College Institute for Women's Leadership and Social Responsibility. The series is open to the public, free of charge.
The Recital Hall is inside the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts on the northeast corner of Austin and Tower streets in Nevada, Missouri.
